Spaghetti Squash Baked Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
- 1 (3-5 pound) Spaghetti Squash
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 yellow or white onion, diced
- 1 small can of Manwich
- 1 cup of Mozzarella, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Stab the squash in several places.
- Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour on a cookie sheet, or until you can easily pierce the skin with a knife (cooking time depends on size of squash).
- While the squash is baking, you can prepare the sloppy joe filling.
- Brown your ground turkey, and cook onion at the same time. Then add your Manwich and cook until heated through.
- Remove seeds from the baked Spaghetti Squash and use it as a bowl. Fill it with your meat filling.
- Put cheese on top of the meat filling and back at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
